A connection is one warm introduction arranged by your concierge. You tell us who you’d like to meet — or the kind of person you’re looking for — and we handle the outreach, vetting, and scheduling. Your monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on Explorer or Pro — you can cancel or downgrade from your account settings at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. The Free plan stays free forever.

On Pro and above, you’re paired with a dedicated concierge — a real person who learns your goals, curates the right introductions, and arranges every meeting on your behalf. Free and Explorer members are supported by our shared concierge team.

You can still receive unlimited incoming requests and attend events. To request more introductions before your cycle resets, you can upgrade your plan at any time or add one-off connections — your concierge will let you know your options.
